Wendigo

Food can be difficult to come by in this City. If a labourer suffers an injury, the Union can only provide for him so long. In the wilds, there may be nothing to eat for miles, this world's flora being largely poisonous to humans.

Hunger can be a powerful force, driving men to do unspeakable acts in order to survive. The manifestation of that force is the Wendigo, the spirit of hunger personified. It is a ravenous beast, unable to be satisfied, and if harnessed, is a powerful ally, one refreshed by every victim slain.
