Crooked Man

Cave-ins are a common hazard for miners. Plenty of mines are unreliable; either inexperienced miners scrambling for a quick haul, or old shafts reopened despite warnings of their instability, or even Guild run mines that are simply dug in an area that has proven less than reliable. Crooked Men are victims of cave-ins that have been dug out of their natural tombs by a Resurrectionist and raised from the dead as free mining labour, or as fodder in his Crew. With its shattered and torn limbs jutting out at disturbing angles, a Crooked Man is a difficult opponent to put down. Often, unlucky individuals will encounter Crooked Men near the site of their untimely demise, running afoul of crude traps dug into the tunnel-riddled surroundings, falling into mine shafts, or worse…
