Steampunk Arachnid

The most reliable steam Construct to come out of the Arcanists’ workshops must be the Steampunk Arachnid. These innovative creations are used for both reconnaissance and combat, capable of engaging enemies far larger than themselves and coming out the victor. Where one or two of the Arachnids are capable of harassing and distracting, they also work in swarms, lock step with one another, their movements and actions seemingly choreographed by a single intelligence. The Arachnid also contains a small magic energy dampening device activated to make it more difficult for mages to cast spells within their vicinity.
